Yes openjpeg-1.5.1 is faulty. openjpeg-1.5.0.180801725-linux64-180801725.tar.bz2 <https://bitbucket.org/kokua/p64_3p-openjpeg/downloads/openjpeg-1.5.0.180801725-linux64-180801725.tar.bz2>. untested but win and mac versions work. Please publish what you have done.
