oh, yeah that could be it. If it is, specifying a full path in the
argv portion of the (x)inetd config might help, ie:
Server = /usr/sbin/sshd
Server argv = /usr/sbin/sshd -i -e -ddd
(but you probably don't want the -ddd for normal operation).
