openssl-0.9.5a make failure

openssl-bugs:

I am trying to compile openssl-0.9.5.a on a Windows NT 4.0 box with the
latest CygWin32 installed.  I ran "$ perl Configure CygWin32" and then "$
make".  Included is the file generated by "$ make report".
