Hello,
If I try to config with shared libs, the resulting Makefile
includes the options "--(no)whole-archive" for linking, which aren't
recognized by the linker. Is there some obvious fix here? Is it safe to
just remove those? Note that I don't have this problem on SunOS 5.6 or
SunOS 5.8.
