OK, I've finally gotten around to build a patch kit to make OpenSSL
build, install and run correctly on VMS. The patch kit is
openssl-VMSpatches-0.9.2c-RL-19990507.tar.gz and can be found at

OpenSSL.diffs_to_orig is a kit of diffs for the files I needed to
change, Index.txt contains and explanation of all the things I've
done, the rest are new files to be inserted in the source tree.
Time for me to tag this puppy. Further VMS-specific diffs will assume
the above kit has been inserted (perhaps after some mods from the rest
of you).
Ah, yes, the diffs are relative to the main CVS repository at about
09.20 this morning, Swedish time.
(aren't you happy I didn't just post this puppy on this list? :-))
