Is there a rational reason for SSL_CTX_sessions() to have gone byebye?
It existed as a macro in ssl.h until revision 1.5 (inclusive), after
which it was removed for quite unclear reasons.
I've hacked it back as a function that returns ctx->sessions (ctx is a
SSL_CTX *), but want to know before I commit.
