Built with RSAref the loop seems to start right after
the benchmarks run into problems with 2048 bit RSA timings
(a normal thing with RSAref.)
Built without RSAref the loop seems to start right after
the 4096 bit RSA timings.
Looking at 'openssl speed' with 0.9.4, it looks like the
only thing left after the RSA timings are DSA timings, so
maybe it's something DSA related that's running into trouble?
