Please have a look at how it is done for Mingw32, and try to adopt
that do DJGPP. In fact, "perl Configure Mingw32" should work without a
change, and the Makefile created for Mingw32 should be sufficient to
build libcrypto. Of course, DLL creation and the socket stuff won't
work.
