Hi,
Now for quite a while when I try to copy in the CVS repository,
I get following result:

$ rsync-openssl
RSYNC service ready (rsync 2.3.1)
@ERROR: max connections (20) reached - try again later
-----------------
I am not syncing every day -- not even every week, and I think last
time around (a week or two ago) I got this all the time, then the
issue became buried, but now that I got this today several times
got me worried of server problem at the remote end..
Another is that the server rsync version is oldish, current (or recent)
one is:
$ rsync --version
rsync version 2.4.1 protocol version 24
