I now find the function doesn't work for upgraded IIS4.0.
If I have idea about how the devepoler of ssleay wrote the current version
of
NETSCAPE_RSA. I may follow his way and write a new function
for exported IIS key.And I think here developers could help me.
I am not going to write a document, but after I can resolve the IIS key,
maybe I will.
