I have been trying to get OpenSSL to work for a month or so now, and despite
the best efforts of all the generous folks on the ListServer, I don't yet
have a reliable solution.  

The support of the User Community is a terrific concept, but when I can't
tell my boss if I'll have the answer to a problem in 5 minutes or if it'll
take 2 days before I find out that nobody seems to have the answer, that
puts me on the hot seat.  On the ListServer, that's exactly the case.  Many
times I will get a very precise, very accurate answer to a problem in
literally a few minutes.  Other times I don't hear any answers at all,
despite multiple postings over weeks' time.  I can't do my job this way.

I need expert support from someone on the development team that really knows
how and why OpenSSL, SSL in general, and Certificates all work, and I will
gladly pay for such support.  I can no longer wait days to see if an answer
ever comes or not.  I need a phone number, not just an e-mail address.  My
project is late, and we need answers.

Charge Hourly.  Per-issue.  Daily flat rate for the duration of the project.
1-time fee for the duration of this project.  I don't care.  Pick a fee
structure, let me know what you want, and we'll talk.  I just need this
software to work, and I need it to work now.
