Not based on what you just posted, no. It would be easier if you told us
the version of OpenSSL, the platform (machine, OS, compiler, etc) you're
using, anything special or out of the ordinary you did to build or run it,
etc. At the very least, the output of "openssl version -a" would certainly
help. The output of "openssl speed rsa" wouldn't hurt either.
