Hi folks, I been mandate by my team to be the X509 prime. I selected (very good ) openssl for my middle-ware SSL certificate generation. My question is: In the openssl.cnf file, can somebody finally explain to me the NEW_OID stuff. OID ? What is this and what it is use for? I will really appreciate a clear answer ( idiot proof ).
