Subject: Questions about characters set

Hi, All

Could you tell me something about IA5(ASCII) characters & T.61 characters,
or their >differences< with the widely used ASCII characters set? Maybe you

can refer me to some useful articles.

I had never heard (of) them before I read (the code) in
\openssl\crypto\asn1.
