Here is a patch to allow compilation of 0.9.6b under DOS with the
DJGPP compiler. There are also some corrections for Cygwin, as in
the patch previously submitted for 0.9.6a, but this time Cygwin will
also compile without the patch. The Makefile for crypto/des still
appears incorrect for all platforms, and is corrected again here. I am
submitting this as a gzipped attachment so the long lines won't get
munged in the archive.
