Not specifically related to ECDSAwithSHA1 but I am doing an attempt to
add ECC. http://users.pandora.be/stes/ecc.html
Last time I worked on it, a few weeks ago, I could write a ECC DSA key
to a file.
But I'm not sure yet how I will do the equivalent of dsaparam, the ECC
parameters for ECC DSA.
