This might be considered out-of-scope for OpenSSL, but I'll report it
anyway.

Occasionally Microsoft Outlook uses 'quoted-printable' instead of
'base-64' as the Content-Encoding of it's SMIME
(application/x-pkcs7-mime) data. It would be useful if OpenSSL's smime
application would know how to decode those blocks itself just as it
does for base-64.

My OpenSSL version is 0.9.6b, running on Linux.
