I was planning on working on EMX, Watcom 11.0 and VAC++ 3.08 support.

I'm very interrested; if you have ported it to Watcom, you probably have some ideas 
about what needs to be done with the VAC++ 
version (since, in my experience, porting to VAC++ and Watcom is quite similar).
