I`m working on Win2k. With IIS I made an request for a server-certificate. With my OpenSSL-CA I signed the certificate. Then I imported the certificate in IIS, but I can`t connect to the SSL-Server. I can`t find anything in the OpenSSL-documentation about my problem. With a certificate of thawte the connection is no problem, this certificate is made with the same request, like my own certificate, the request must be ok. IIS don`t know the PEM- format or DER-format, but this i the only format I can generate in OpenSSL. Can be this the Problem? IIS wants to have for x509-certificates the CER-format. Can anybody help me? Thanks!!!
