With respect to the security issues (pre-0.9.6e), Ralf Engelschall updated
all software packages on www.openssl.org, including Apache of course, to
the latest versions.
It seems, that something with the server side includes or the CGI handling
was not updated as required.
I cannot test myself, as there seem to be problems with the webserver
at this time. (apache seems to be running, as I can see logged into
www.openssl.org, but it does not react on incoming request, or at least
not on mine...)
