Hi,
A quick search of the openssl-users and openssl-dev mailing lists turned
up nothing, so I'll take a chance that this isn't a known bug and send it
in...
I'm probably nitpicking, but line 1 of util/mkcerts.sh is missing a '/' in
the "magic" header: (currently "#!bin/sh").  If the script is meant to be
run directly, the slash should definitely be there, and if the script is
meant to be run via 'sh mkcerts.sh', the whole "magic" header line should
be removed, IMHO.
Sorry if this has been reported before...  I can submit a patch once the
outcome (i.e., fix vs. remove) is decided.
