To my knowledge aCC is C++ only. At least it is at HP-UX 10.20.
gcc is available at the HP Software Porting and Archive Center. You can
as will build it yourself: the bundled cc is good enough for the
bootstrap build.
We have seen this report about aCC before but came to the result that
it won't be simple to fix.
