My idea with PROBLEMS is that things written there are not necessarely
asked for very frequently. It 's also very possible that those are
things we have discovered ourselves *before* anyone has started asking
about them. The FAQ is (or should be) really questions that have been
asked a number of times, and that we're basically sick of responding
to after the nth time :-).
Note that things in PROBLEMS might go away, possibly through work of
our own.
