Thanks for the info Chris.  As per our private email these issues are with
wcecompat and so don't require any changes to OpenSSL.  I'm very busy at the
moment so haven't got around to fixing it, but it sounds like it's not a
showstopper for you.

We have built and tested 0.9.7 Beta 6 with the following WinCE devices:
HPC Pro 2.11
HPC 2000
PocketPC 2000
PocketPC 2002
All build, link and run fine except that, for HPC Pro 2.11, the WCE
Compatibility Library contains two functions that need to be deleted before
linking; currently we do this manually.  The functions are '_iswctype' and
'_towupper' which, in HPC Pro 2.11, are provided in the system libraries,
resulting in multiply defined errors when we link.
