By any chance did you install the Visual C++ Processor Pack? It replaces the Back End compiler (C2.DLL). Apparently, this upgrade to support new processors is a bit buggy. If you need support for new instruction sets upgrade to VC++ 7.0.

I'm not sure this is a bug or an issue with network connections.
I compiled the source and ran the test app (ms/test.exe) and got the following error:

test sslv3
ERROR in SERVER
2212:error:1408F455:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:decryption failed or bad record
mac:.\ssl\s3_pkt.c:453:
SSLv3, cipher TLSv1/SSLv3 DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, 512 bit RSA
problems.....

Is this a problem on my end or an old test that is out of date?
