Sure, I could try to take a look, seeing as I will soon be bathing in the Redmond mud for the first time in a while so I could try to look at your code then. Otherwise I've no doubt that anyone interested in win32 CAPI support would pick up on this from the list. If you can make the code available online somewhere, that would be easiest - otherwise please put it on openssl's request-tracker system so the attachment doesn't end up on the mailing list. Also, if you're from the US, you'll need to CC it to the BXA (this should be mentioned on the website somewhere with appropriate addresses).
