as/400 port?

Hi -

We're entertaining the possibility of porting openssl to the AS/400 (iSeries).

It seems from searching the archives this effort has been started before - but I assume not finished as I don't see reference to the platform in the code?

Is there still an effort under way that I could help with, or is there a better alternative for this platform?

Would a contribution of this nature be of interest?
