What could be the possible problem where I am getting a different secret & pub_key every time?
Perhaps you should read a textbook about cryptography.
I recommend Practical Cryptography from Bruce Schneier and Nils Fergusson in this respect - it has a fine description of DH key exchange and the mathematics behind it.
