Openssl 0.9.7b for AIX 5.2 to use /dev/random (request #558)

Hi,

  I would like to ask if any action has been taken as a result
  of request #558. We have mentioned AIX patch already installed
  (http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=isg1IY43851)
  but 'openssl rand 10' in vanilla openssl 0.9.7b still fails 
  while hacked one with first argument 1 to select() in rand_unix.c
  works like a charm.

  We are ready to test any fixes :-)
