Hi everyone: we are a little new to OpenSSL, and recently upgraded our
distribution to 9.7c. I'm building on a BS2000 host. Everything
builds
happliy, and make test runs for a while, then starts reporting errors in
MD4
tests.
Before I start digging, I'd like to save a little time: Does anyone have any knowledge to share on these errors, particularly related to BS2000 Posix? (big endian, 32-bit, EBCDIC charset).
The attached patches for md2test, md4test and md5test convert the test strings to ASCII before hashing them, so their hash values should be equal to the values stored in the test programs.
