Okay, so just to ensure that I have it figured out... the rtag for the
OpenSSL FIPS-validated code is OpenSSL_FIPS_1_0?  (I've downloaded a
local copy of the CVS repository via rsync, and I'd like to make sure
that I'm getting the right source code.)
