A while ago I submitter a patch under this subject header. What is the procedure for having this investigated further for committing ?
There were a couple of other patches but this one is the most blocking and actually a verifiable defect of OpenSSL.
I also submitted a patch under: "[PATCH] SSL protocol state machine, IO layer, app layer regression testing framework" which is a framework to verify the defect and prove the patch is a solution.
Maybe I can assist one of the committers in observing the bug and testing the patch using the same methods I did.
Its holiday season too now, I'd appreciate a comment even if its to say come back in a month and I'll take a look at it for you :).
