Is there somebody involved in development of mod_ssl module for Apache?

Question is - since support for GOST cryptography is added to OpenSSL
0.9.9, we are now going to implement support of GOST ciphersuites in the
Apache (because https is most frequent use of TLS with national cryptography,
at least here, in Russia).

We have some experience with our unoffical patch to OpenSSL 0.9.8 and
know that adding of new public key type to the Apache/mod_ssl requires a
bit more than just recompilation.

But there is probably already ongoing effort to add EC ciphersuites
support to the mod_ssl. We want coordinate our work and eventually make
Apache support all ciphersuites and public key types, supported by
OpenSSL out of the box.

But I cannot yet find more appropriate place for mod_ssl development
discussion or any reference to the work of adding EC cryptography to
mod_ssl.
