I'm writing a C parser that I've been tested against your sources.
I found something I suppose to be bug in some of your files.
This declaration:
#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif
is missing in files :
demos/engines/cluster_labs/hw_cluster_labs_err.h
demos/engines/ibmca/hw_ibmca_err.h
demos/engines/zencod/hw_zencod_err.h
and all engines/*_err.h
