As we don't provide binaries there is no way to identify where does it
fail and therefore what might be the cause. If you compile it yourself,
then you should copy corresponding .pdb file next to libeay32. If you
get binary from elsewhere you should ask for complementary .pdb. One way
or another information more meaningful than 'libeay32+ff22' is
absolutely required.
