As you suggested, I re-extracted the source code and performed the commands,
but I get the same result. All destination directories have 32 within their
names and not 64. Could it be one of the Perl scripts before the nmake
command?  Is it not producing the correct output directory?  Finally, the
openssl.exe seems to be running okay, but it is looking for a nonexistent
configuration file in C:\OpenSSL-Win32\bin\openssl.cfg.
