The OpenSSL FIPS Object Module 2.0 validation doesn't include AIX as a
formally tested platform ("Operational Environment"). So the short
answer is "it isn't [possible]".
When adding platforms like AIX to the #1747 validation we include
appropriate entries as necessary in the config and Configure files (such
additions are why the revision number increments: 2.0.1, ..., 2.0.5).
For some platforms (cross-compiled ones in particular) environment
variables are also used.
