Hi,
When building OpenSSL 1.0.1p with MSVC 2015 (community) on Win7 64-bit
statically, the build fails with:

Note that shared builds complete successfully.
I configured with:
perl Configure VC-WIN64A enable-static-engine
--prefix=D:\dist\openssl-dist-1.0.1p-vs2015\openssl-x64-static-release-vs2015
Same config with 1.0.2d works just fine building with MSVC2015.
Building 1.0.1p with earlier compilers (MSVC2008, 2010, 2013) succeeds.
