Our last update release was by the end of February.  With our usual
3-ish month interval, end of May would be quite suitable, methinks.

I propose Tuesday May 28th as a release date for 1.1.1c.

There should perhaps be a 1.1.1c soonish...  There are indeed many useful
improvements committed, but not yet released.
