Following the discussion in PR 58 [1] about the ownership of the tools repo, I've started an OMC vote to see the tools repo split into "tools" and "omc-tools", with some tools moving to omc-tools. OMC would have commit/approval rights for omc-tools, and the OTC would have commit/approval rights for tools.
