Perl Directory in 0.9.1c Release

Just a few questions.

1.  Are the perl modules supported under WinNT? I can't seem to get them
to compile. I'm running NT 4.0 with ActivePerl  509 and VC 6.0.

2. Why aren't these, as well as all openssl components, available in
their respective dlls/libraries/modules?
