How about merging libRSAglue into libcrypto? Then we won't have to carry around the extra library that is only used with libcrypto. It would be nice to merge librsaref into libcrypto, too. Then apps could be linked with just libssl and libcrypto whether rsaref was used or not. True, rsaref is a separate package. But it's not going to change, so it's safe to merge it in. Merging libRSAglue and librsaref into libcrypto would be especially nice for international apps using shared libraries / DLLs. One app image can be used worldwide.
