The best idea is to educate users to -not- run anything without the

Those people that do use unsafe products like Microsoft Outlook would do
themselves a favor by setting their Security to the maximum level it can
go and then to remember to check that things like VBS, JavaScript and
ActiveX is disabled.
Yes, I know there is no JavaScript viruses yet.
