The ciphersuite you mention is for sure not used to generate
a cert. Mor probably you mean th cert you are using gives you
only export strength cipher with a standard browser.

In principle you can. Read the file Globalid.txt of the mod_ssl
distribution (www.modssl.org). ATTENTION: mod_ssl is *not*
Apache-SSL, although both are using OpenSSL as underlaying
library!
