Where? Is there such a thing as an UN anti-trust judge? Maybe the WTO
could be interessted, but they are not in a very strong position right
now. I'd think that promoting other CA should suffice, 'cause as long as
nobody has proof of customers beening overcharged or getting bad service
from the monopolist, it's not agains the sherman akt. Judging from what
I've read about the M$ trial.
