Not with the command utility, that one is only for processing existing
PKCS7 files.  However, if you want to write your own program for this,
However, you you write your own program for this, functions like
PKCS7_new, PKCS7_add_certificate, PKCS7_free might be useful, as well
as i2d_PKCS7_bio or i2d_PKCS7_fp for writing the file in DER format
and PEM_write_PKCS7 or PEM_write_bio_PKCS7 for writing it in PEM
format.
