I don't know if this is a bug or not, but when I try to sign a
certificate with version 0.9.5a, it cannot rename the certificate serial
file as shown below. An identical command with version 0.9.5 works fine.
Have I missed some Win32 specific change between versions. If this an
RTFM I admit mea culpa.

#Check that the request matches the signature
#Signature ok
#The Subjects Distinguished Name is as follows
#...deleted...
#Certificate is to be certified until Aug 22 21:21:42 2001 GMT (365 days)

#Write out database with 1 new entries
#unable to rename GlobisCA/ca.db.serial to GlobisCA/ca.db.serial.old
#d:\apache\openssl\>openssl version
#OpenSSL 0.9.5a 1 Apr 2000

When I run exactly the same command with 0.9.5, no problem:

#Write out database with 1 new entries
#Data Base Updated
#d:\apache\openssl>openssl version
#OpenSSL 0.9.5 28 Feb 2000
