ORBS can be overzealous and may not be appropriate in this context. On the
other hand, any "spite-listing" that they may be doing is usually done long
after many of us have decided to "blackhole" everything from these ISPs due
to the volume of SPAM/UCE being received.
But, then again, after nearly 18 years of "Internet" connectivity and
constant urging of our fellow employees who remember the "good old days", we
are fairly close to what one might call "zero tolerance".
