SSL-MZ telnetd - All networks ports in use.

Hello,
I use SSL-MZ telnetd on HP-UX 11.00. When the number of connected
clients reach 150, I get an error "All networks ports in use", although
I have enough devices in /dev/pty (around 600). Has anyone an idea where
the problem could be?
