Assume you are using RedHat 7.1
try this:
Remove broken link if you remove ssl rpm.
# rm /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1
# rm /usr/lib/libssl.so.1
insert line /usr/local/ssl/lib in /etc/ld.so.conf
# ldconfig -v
# cd /usr/local/ssl/lib
# ln -f -s libssl.so libssl.so.1
# ln -f -s libcrypto.so libcrypto.so.1
